Return Policy
We hope that you enjoy the purchases you make from Oh So Luxe. However, if you wish to return an item, you may do so in accordance with this Return Policy.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
Returns are refunded to your original payment method. Retuns are processed within 5-7 business days after your items are returned back to us.
Please note; If you are returning multiple orders, please make sure to package them seperately. If multiple orders are returned in one single package, your return will require additional time for processing. You will not receive credit for any non-eligible items returned.
Can I Purchase A Return Shipping Label?
While we do not offer purchases of return labels, you can purchase a return label directly from USPS. Returns labels purchased for returning items are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying for your return labels.
Can I Retun Items From Multiple Orders in the Same Package?
No. Each order that needs to be returned must be packaged seperately.
Can I Exchange Items?
We do not offer exchanges, but you can return items by mail according to our Return Policy and purchase items that are available on our website.
What Items Are Non-Refundable?
- Items not purchased on osoluxe.com
- Items without an O So Luxe packing slip.
- Items with removed tags
- Clearance items or items marked as “Final Sale”
- Washed or worn items
- Clothing: tights
Should I Know Anything Else About Your Return Policy?
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their origianal packaging.
- We are not responsible for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or tracking number when shipping back your returns.
- All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice that clearly indicates what items are being retuned. If this is not included in your return, your return may be delayed or denied.
- Damaged, defective, and incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery and photos must be included in the email. All tags MUST still be attatched.
- We reserve the right to delay refunds until items have been received, to prevent potential fraud.
