Do I Need to Create An Account to Place An Order.
No, but if you do, you can store your billing address, multiple shipping addresses, check your order status, and create wishlists that you can share with your friends..
Is Your Site Secure?

What If I Need to Change My Order Aft4er I Hit Submit?
Once your order is received, we start working on it right away. Unfortunately, this means that we can’t make changes to an order once it’s placed.
How Will I Know If My Order Went Through?
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.
How Do I Return or Exchange Something In My Order?
You can start a return by going to the My Account Page and clicking on Orders and selecting return beside the order you wish to return.
We do not do exchanges on items that have been purchased. If you are unhappy with an item you pruchased, you must return it within 30 days of the purchase date.
If I Return Merchandise, How Long Will It Take to Receive My Refund?
We will process your refund as soon as we receive your returned merchanise and all items pass our quality inspection. Typically the purchase price will be refunded to your original payment method anywhere from 24 hours to 7 business days, depending on your financial institution.
What Do I Do If Something in My Order is Damaged or Missing?
You should email us within 3 days of receiving the damaged or missing items at orderissues@osoluxe.com
Can I Back-Order an Item That is Sold Out?
No. Items cannot be back-ordered. If there’s a product you really want, send us an email by clicking here and selecting “Product Questions” as the subject. Include the item’s name, description, and SKU number if fyou have it. We’ll let you know if and when it will be back in stock.
When Will I Receive My Order?
All orders take 1-2 business days to process, regardless of the shipping method used. Please keep this in mind when selecting shipping options. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.

Does Oh So Luxe Offer Gift Boxes or Gift Wrapping?
Oh So Luxe offers gift boxes during the holiday season. Just add them to your order when checking out. We will select the appropriate size for each item that you would like to purchase a gift box for. Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping.
Does Oh So Luxe Offer Price Adjustments?
You may come across price variations due to promotions, price adjustments, or markdowns during your shopping experience or after your order has been placed. Unfortunately, we cannot offer price adjustments on any items from previous purchases,.
