Can I Pick Up Orders Locally?
Yes. You can pick up your order locally if you live in Memphis, TN.
Here’s how it works: When you finish selecting all of your items that you want to purchase, go to the cart page and select the “Pick Up (Wolfchase Galleria)” option and finish checking out. You’ll get an email confirmation of your purchase with instructions on when to pic up your order. Pick up orders are typically available for next day pick up.
Where Does Oh So Luxe Ship To?
Oh So Luxe ships to all 50 states. We also ship to Canada.
Do You Ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes. We ship to P.O. Boxes. Please note that Express and Overnight shipping options are not available for P.O. Boxes.
I Haven't Received My Items. Who Should I Contact?
All orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If you still believe your order is missing, our Customer Service team is available by phone at 1-901-230-3713.
Why Doesn't the FedEx or USPS Website Recognize My Tracking Number For An Order I Placed?
Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, tracking information may take 1-2 days to update from the time of shipping initiation. Orders shipped via standard shipping are typically delivered via USPS and can be tracked on usps.com
How Will You Notify Me If There is A Problem With My Order?
